Travel Itinerary

We only have 3 1/2 days left until it's time to go get our girl! My mind has been going nonstop with "to do" lists and at times I find myself just pacing, not knowing where to begin. "Nesting" has definitely set in...to the point of making it a priority to have my blinds all clean (unfortunately, I don't think I'm going to reach my goal-Ha,ha)! 2. It's gonna be a blast! I'm sure you've already planned on this - but take LOTS of pictures - and ask others to take pictures of the 3 of you. Our guide was kind enough to take a photo when we first met Abby face to face and we cherish it!
Something that I wish we would have thought to ask that I have heard other families have asked for and received is anything that was found with your daughter. Some families have been able to ask their child's orphanage for these items and received things like the clothes they were found in, a note, etc. So much happens in the small amount of time that you have with those caregivers as you receive your daughter. I'm sure your making a list of questions to ask - and don't be afraid to ask your guide to contact them if you forget something on Gotcha Day.
Looking forward to following your trip and seeing that precious girl in your arms!

  3. See you when you get home. Go to Garden Park in Guangzhou if you have free time, or take in a tea shop
